All our blends use certified organic beans unless otherwise stated on the product page.
When will my order be shipped?
We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 12 noon (AEST), Monday to Friday.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. All orders include tracking, and you’ll get a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
Can I subscribe to regular coffee deliveries?
Yes. all our coffees are available with flexible subscriptions:

What’s your return and refund policy?

Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. just choose Local Pickup at checkout and collect from our café during operating hours.
What are your café hours?
You’ll find us open:
Monday to Thursday: 6:45am – 1:00pm
Friday: 6:45am – 12:00pm
Where is your coffee roasted?
Every batch is roasted fresh at our Gold Coast HQ to ensure peak flavour and consistency.
Do you sell espresso machines or grinders?
Yes. We offer a curated range of espresso equipment and custom home barista kits.
