SHIPPING POLICY

At Espresso 79, we aim to pack and dispatch your orders quickly so you get your coffee and gear fast — anywhere in Australia.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide only.
International shipping is not available.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

Choose from these shipping methods at checkout:

  • 🚚 Standard Shipping (Australia Post) — 5–7 business days

  • ⚡ Express Shipping (Australia Post Express) — 1–3 business days (metro)

  • 📦 Courier Delivery — 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Flat rate shipping (under 5kg, Australia-wide):

  • Standard Shipping: $14.90

  • Express Shipping: $16.50

  • Free Shipping: On any orders above $140 *standard shipping service only

4. Order Processing Times

  • Coffee orders placed before 12pm AEST (business days) are shipped same day.
  • Other product categories are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed next business day.

5. Mixed Orders (Coffee + Gear)

If your order includes both coffee and other products, dispatch will follow the longest item timeframe (typically 1–2 business days).
👉 To receive coffee with Same Day Dispatch, please place a separate order before 12pm weekdays.

6. Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.

7. Delivery Issues

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name and contact number. Espresso 79 is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete details.

Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect may incur extra re-shipping fees.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of item and packaging

  • Short description of issue

We’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

9. Local PickUp

Available during café hours. You’ll be notified when your order is ready.
