Colorado Coffee

Owners: Paulo & Miranda

Build Date: 2023

This build was one for the books! Paulo and Miranda came to us with a vision: to live on the road and run a specialty coffee bar from the back of their LandCruiser. As passionate travelers and coffee lovers, they needed a rig that could handle remote adventures while keeping up with their retail ambitions.

Paulo, an experienced barista and proud descendant of a Colombian coffee-farming family, had always dreamed of bringing quality coffee to life on the move—just like we did in our early days. It felt full circle helping them create a mobile setup that would support both their lifestyle and their love of coffee.

After a bit of a hunt, we secured a brand new V8 LandCruiser and began the full build from the ground up—power, coffee gear, and comfort included. It’s been going strong for over two years now, pouring thousands of coffees for communities all over the country.
