1:8 Ratio | 100g course ground coffee to 800ml of filtered water | Medium roast profile is best | Steeped slow (19-24 hours) | Keep at room temperature to bring out deep full-bodied flavour with zero bitterness.

Returns & Warranty +

We accept returns within 14 days if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

We cannot accept returns for an opened bag of Coffee, change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Refunds (if approved) are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

  • Orders placed after 12pm, or for other product categories, are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If your order includes both coffee and other products, dispatch will follow the longest timeframe (1–3 business days). To receive coffee immediately, please place a separate order before 12pm AEST weekdays for Same Day Dispatch.
