Placebo is our certified organic, mycotoxin-free single origin decaf, sourced from a small co-op in Chiapas, Mexico and decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process. No chemical solvents, no shortcuts, just pure mountain water from Mexico. Roasted in small batches right here on the Gold Coast.

In the cup: Rich dark chocolate. A whisper of caramel sweetness. A bright lift of citrus on the finish. The kind of decaf where you forget it's decaf.

Drink it when: The afternoon cup that doesn't keep you up. The evening ritual. The pregnancy months when caffeine is off the table but the morning ritual still matters. Any time you want the cup without the wire.
